Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies in Singapore is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR & Admin Manager to lead human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting people and business objectives.

You will drive recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and strategic HR planning in collaboration with leadership to align people initiatives with growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 10+ years HR experience, preferably in construction, water treatment, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition: develop strategies, coordinate full lifecycle, onboarding.
  • Employee relations and engagement: address concerns, monitor satisfaction, advise on policies.
  • Performance management and development: implement appraisal, identify training needs, support career growth.
  • Compensation & benefits administration: oversee payroll, benefits, benchmarking, compliance.
  • HR compliance & policy management: ensure labour law compliance, maintain docs, update policies.
  • Strategic HR planning: align HR with business goals, analyze metrics, lead culture and change initiatives.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on HR & Admin Manager to join our team. He/She will play a key role in managing our human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while supporting the organization’s people and business objectives.

Role Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies toattract top talent.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle: jobpostings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and monitor workplace satisfaction.
  • Advise management on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
Performance Management & Development
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments as needed.
HR Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Strategic HR Planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HRstrategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights fordecision-making.
  • Lead HR projects, such as culture initiatives,organizational restructuring, and change management.
Role Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, water treatment, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
