Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, repair, and preventive maintenance of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with HHS, EHS, and all regulatory safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal technical teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and update maintenance records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for service workflow and equipment reliability.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• Experience with AMAT Centura or TEL furnace tools is an added advantage.
• Strong hands-on technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
