Job summary

ENGIE Southeast Asia expects a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead a dedicated team at a large office building in Jurong East. You will drive facility operations, uphold high service standards, and coordinate with external agencies on major repairs and new initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of healthcare FM experience, and proven leadership with strong communication and planning capabilities. 5.5 days workweek applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of healthcare facility management experience.
• Proven facility management experience in a large facility.
• Ability to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Service oriented mindset.
• Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences.
• High level of initiative and integrity with leadership and planning ability.
