Job summary

ENGIE Group seeks a senior facilities manager to lead a site in Singapore, overseeing a team and ensuring service quality across healthcare-related operations. You will manage tenders, cost controls, and liaise with external agencies on major maintenance projects.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of facility management experience; independent, proactive leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.
• At least 8 years of related experience in facility management for large facilities.
• Healthcare division experience preferred (5+ years).
• Able to work independently with strong leadership and planning.

Responsibilities

Requirements *:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university
• For Healthcare Division (Minimum 5 years Healthcare Experience is preferred)
• At least 8 years of related working experience
• Proven experience in facility management in a large facility
• Able to work Independently and posses good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
• Service orientated mindset
• Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences
• Possess high level of initiative and integrity/ strong leadership, quality, good planning and organizing ability
• Amenable to work 5.5 work days per week and willing to be assigned in Jurong East (Healthcare)
