Job summary

ENGIE Singapore seeks an experienced Facility Manager to lead a team responsible for the management of a large office facility. You will build strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service standards while coordinating with external agencies for major repairs and new initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in ME/EE, 8+ years of related experience, and hands-on M&E knowledge. Candidates should be proactive, capable of working with minimal supervision, and able to manage

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Healthcare division experience with 5+ years preferred.
• At least 8 years related experience in facility management.

Requirements *

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university
• For Healthcare Division (Minimum 5 years Healthcare Experience is preferred)
• At least 8 years of related working experience
• Proven experience in facility management in a large facility
• Able to work Independently and posses good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Pro‑active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
• Service orientated mindset
• Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands‑on experiences
• Possess high level of initiative and integrity/ strong leadership, quality, good planning and organizing ability
• Amenable to work 5.5 work days per week and willing to be assigned in Jurong East (Healthcare)
