A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Sales Manager to support team leadership and enhance sales performance. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and be motivated and results-driven. Act as a deputy to the Sales Manager, supporting team leadership and execution
Lead by example in sales consultations and enrolment closures
Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior sales and customer service staff
Review sales performance and identify improvement areas
Collaborate with management on sales initiatives and process improvements
2–4 years of sales experience with exposure to team leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
Motivated, people-oriented, and results-driven
Able to work weekends and peak enrolment periods
