Job summary

National University Polyclinics is seeking an Assistant Director, Service and Operations to lead and optimize clinic operations across the western region. You will mentor staff, shape workflows, and drive service transformation in support of health initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality patient experience, strong governance, and continuous improvement of policies, staffing, and operational readiness for new and redeveloped polyclinics.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare or operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and oversee Operations Managers, Operations Executives, and staff across polyclinics.
• Provide guidance on daily clinic operations, patient feedback, and staff performance.
• Drive Service Transformation and Data Strategy initiatives with internal and external partners.
• Develop plans to improve staff capability, retention, and engagement.
• Lead KPIs to enhance patient activation and overall wellbeing.
