Qualifications

• Degree or diploma with relevant experience.

• Willing to commit to polyclinic's 5.5 day work week.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations and resource utilization to ensure cost efficiency and effective management of the clinic.
• Ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations of the polyclinic and manage the operations team in service provision and patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical, nursing and allied health professionals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve work processes and service quality.
