As a Assistant / Department Manager, youshall lead the department daily operations, oversees staff, manages budgets and ensure financial growth by securing new business prospects. You will be involve in strategic planning, process improvement, staff development, and ensuring all contractual requirements are met with compliance to company policies and local regulations. You shall also act as a point of escalation for complex operational issues, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction
