Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is seeking a Concierge Manager to lead the Concierge team in delivering Legendary Quality Experience to every guest. You will drive efficiency for Concierge, Porter and Transportation, and mentor colleagues to uphold service standards.

Based in Singapore, you will plan rosters, manage budgets, handle guest queries, and develop staff through coaching and performance reviews while actively participating in Les Clefs d'Or activities and upholding LQE/CQE standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma equivalent in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Minimum 3 years of Concierge experience in a luxury hotel.
• Strong command of MS Office products, GoConcierge, and Hotsos.
• Must be member of Clefs d'Or.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Concierge operations including Porter and Transportation.
• Plan and manage the duty roster on a weekly basis and monitor budget.
• Handle guest queries/complaints promptly and inform the Hotel Duty Manager when needed.
• Uphold LQE and CQE standards within the Concierge Department.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Concierge staff; maintain records.
• Participate in Les Clefs d'Or activities and maintain network of information.
