Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Application Engineer in Singapore to support product applications and customer needs. The role involves testing, training, and on-site support to ensure seamless technology deployment with sensors and actuators.

Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Engineering and at least 1 year of experience with sensors, actuators, and related components. On-site work on Weekdays with standard hours. Salary is SGD 3200 and will reflect experience.

• Diploma/degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with sensors and actuators (e.g., DC motors, encoders, relays & solenoids).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support on product applications to sales teams and customers.
• Handle customer enquiries related to product functions and specifications.
• Troubleshoot customer issues via phone, email, and on-site support.
• Conduct product testing, system setup, and fine-tuning at customer sites.
• Provide application training and technical guidance to customers.
• Prepare and update technical manuals and training materials.
• Support sales team during customer presentations and technical discussions.
• Identify process improvements to enhance department efficiency.
• Perform other assigned duties and projects.

Our Client, is a global leader in factory automation solutions, specialising in innovative sensors, measuring instruments, and industrial technology products, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Assistant Application Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support on product applications and solutions to sales teams and customers.

• Handle customer enquiries related to product functions, specifications, and applications.

• Troubleshoot customer issues through phone, email, and on-site support.

• Conduct product testing, system setup, adjustment, and fine-tuning at customer sites.

• Provide application training and technical guidance to customers.

• Prepare and update technical manuals and training materials.

• Support sales team during customer presentations and technical discussions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering

• Minimum 1 year experience with sensors and actuators (e.g. DC motors, encoders, relays, & solenoids), Stepper/Servo Motor

OTHER INFORMATION:

Location : Kallang

Working Days/Hours : Weekdays, 8.15AM-5.30PM

Salary: $3200 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
