Job summary

Personnel Link JobHub Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Application Engineer to support sales and customers with product applications, testing, and troubleshooting. The role involves on-site visits for setup and tuning, plus post-sales training.

Candidates with a diploma in engineering and familiarity with HMI programming are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome as training is provided. Location is near Lavender & Bendemeer MRT with a salary up to SGD 3,200.

Assistant Application Engineer

Provide information concerning products, applications, and problem diagnosis to sales representatives and customers, accurately.

Conduct product application testing and troubleshooting on customers’ applications.

• Receive phone calls or emails from sales reps and customers and answer inquiries
• Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues via phone/email as well as on-site.
• Conduct product application testing for sales reps and customers.
• Travel to customer’s site for on-site support including setup, adjustment/fine-tuning the system.
• Conduct post sales application training to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Holder in an engineering discipline (i.e Computer/Electrical Engineer). Fresh graduate are welcome to apply as training provided.
• Familiar with HMI programming
