Qualifications

• University degree with aviation technical skills.
• At least 5 years of aviation experience in a similar industry and 10+ years in proven sales.
• Strong business acumen, time management, customer focus and planning skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Aviation pilot license or A&P in rotary-wing is required.
• Willingness to travel when business demands arise.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct business development activities in assigned countries.
• Identify and develop potential military and civil customers, focusing on major fleet sales programs.
• Formulate and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets and market share.
• Oversee Independent Representatives to ensure aligned marketing activities and IRA standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate program sales proposals and customer responses.
• Coordinate with Asia Managers, Legal, Operations, Contracts, Finance and Programs for inputs.
• Travel extensively to support Sales and Marketing.
• Report to senior management on programs and developments.
