Job summary

Bell Textron Asia is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead marketing and sales of Bell helicopters and related kits in the Asia region. You will plan and direct development activities across assigned countries with focus on key fleet programs.

The role requires at least five years of aviation sales experience, a university degree in aviation, and willingness to travel. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• University degree with aviation technical skills and related education.
• 5+ years of aviation sales experience or similar roles.
• Strong business acumen, time management and planning skills.
• Willing to travel across Asia-Pacific as required.
• Pilot license or A&P in rotary-wing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct business development activities in assigned countries.
• Identify and develop potential military and civil customers, with emphasis on major fleet sales programs.
• Formulate and execute strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Oversee Independent Representatives and coordinate marketing activities in assigned countries.
• Prepare and submit program sales proposals and customer responses in a timely manner.
• Travel significantly to support sales and marketing.
• Provide reports and presentations to senior management.
