Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Singapore is seeking a Customer Engineer (AI) to accelerate technical wins and adoption of specialized AI workloads. You will lead prototyping, demos, and integration patterns across AI models with enterprise data sources, working closely with sales and engineering.

You will engage with technical stakeholders, document requirements, and deliver practical, scalable solutions, leveraging an advanced AI portfolio and ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in architecting AI-integrated solutions using agents with enterprise data sources (RAG, Text-to-SQL, semantic search).
• Experience coding in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java for demos and prototypes with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical solution for complex AI workloads to ensure rapid adoption, supporting the sales cycle from technical evaluation through customer ramp.
• Combine sales strategies with development and prototyping to deliver customer-tailored solutions.
• Provide deep technical consultation, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute reusable assets with the Go-To-Market team.
• Document and prioritize customer feature requests and issues within Product and Engineering management systems.
• Travel to customer sites and events, acting as a public advocate for the company Cloud.
