Job summary

Cloudflare in Singapore is seeking a Customer Engineer to own the technical relationship with Korean customers—from solutioning through onboarding and ongoing adoption. You will work in a quota-carrying GTM team and use AI-augmented workflows to minimize administrative tasks while focusing on architecture, product demonstrations, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Native Korean speaker with strong English for Korea-based customers.
3+ years in a customer-facing technical pre-sales role such as Solutions Engineer.
Experience building tools with AI and automation to solve client challenges.
Foundational knowledge of web technologies, internet security, and networking.
Willingness to work in a revenue-aligned environment.

Responsibilities

Technical validation with local field engineers and sales to build architectures and PoCs.
Act as trusted advisor through onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
Leverage AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin toil and focus on strategy.
Carry a quota tied to regional revenue and drive platform adoption.
