Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore seeks an experienced technical Pre-Sales professional to empower ASEAN customers with bespoke architectures and PoCs across Cloudflare platforms. You will partner with regional engineers and sales to drive adoption, retention, and expansion while aligning solutions with customer ROI.

You will demonstrate strong AI/automation skills, handle complex RFPs, and engage C-level stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into strategic business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical Pre-Sales role (Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering).
• Proven ability to build tools with AI and use automation to solve technical and customer-facing challenges.
• Foundational understanding of Web Technologies, Internet Security, and Computer Networking.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work in a revenue-aligned environment.
• Ability to bridge technical details with C-suite business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build bespoke architectures with ASEAN Field Customer Engineers and Sales teams.
• Deliver product demonstrations and PoCs across Cloudflare’s Developer, Security, and Networking Platforms.
• Act as a trusted technical adviser throughout onboarding, maturity, renewal, and expansion.
• Maintain deep relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Automate RFP and security questionnaire responses, sandbox provisioning, and basic telemetry monitoring.
• Carry a variable quota tied to regional revenue.
• Drive platform adoption and identify cross-sell opportunities using product usage data.
• Translate platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Report to the Regional Customer Engineering Leader.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout onboarding, maturity, renewal, and expansion
• Maintain deep, continuous relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Leverage AI agents and internal platforms to automate RFP and security questionnaire responses, sandbox provisioning, and basic telemetry monitoring
• Carry a variable quota tied to regional revenue
• Drive platform adoption, retain revenue, and identify strategic cross-sell and up-sell opportunities using product usage data
• Translate platform capabilities into return on investment for C-level executives
• Report to the Regional Customer Engineering Leader

Requirements

• 3 years or more of experience in a customer-facing technical Pre-Sales role, such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering
• Demonstrated experience building tools with AI and using automation to solve technical and customer-facing challenges
• Foundational understanding of Web Technologies, Internet Security, and Computer Networking
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work in a revenue-aligned environment
• Passion for learning new technologies and comfort working in a fast-paced environment requiring navigation of ambiguity
• Proven ability to identify and diagnose complex issues and develop sustainable, preventative solutions
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bridge technical implementation details and high-level C-suite business strategy
• Hands‑on experience with Cloudflare's developer platform, Workers AI, and AI Gateway is strongly preferred
• Additional ASEAN languages are a bonus
