As a Art Director (Luxury Retail)

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Define and maintain a premium, culturally authentic visual identity across all photo and video content.
• Lead and mentor a small team of photographers/videographers with clear creative direction and hands‑on collaboration.
• Conceptualize and execute photo shoots, video productions, and live streams from planning through post‑production.
• Personally contribute to shooting, editing, color grading, and motion graphics to ensure high‑quality output.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate objectives into compelling visual stories rooted in heritage and luxury aesthetics.
• Oversee production workflows, timelines, quality control, assets, and equipment.
• Research visual trends and performance to continuously improve engagement and content impact across platforms.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in art direction with hands‑on photography, video production, and team leadership.
• Strong portfolio of personally executed and team‑led photo/video work with premium and cultural storytelling.
• Proficiency in non‑linear editing, Adobe Creative Suite, camera operation, lighting, and motion graphics.
• Solid grasp of end‑to‑end production workflows, from directing and set design to post‑production.
• Familiarity with current digital visual media trends, social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), content marketing, and high‑end brand storytelling.
