Job summary

MacGregor in Singapore is seeking an Area Sales and Marketing Manager to communicate effectively with customers such as shipyards, owners, design institutes and agents. You will manage KAM responsibilities, build regional plans, and drive sales across multiple product lines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maritime marketing or sales, strong customer relationships, and excellent English communication. Office-based role in Singapore with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Naval Architecture) or Business/Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in technical marketing, solution sales, or business development in maritime/offshore.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles with a regional network.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as voice of the customer, gathering market trends to guide regional communication.
• Plan and execute targeted regional marketing activities and campaigns for the portfolio.
• Identify and drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across product lines.
• Support tendering, contract management, and order fulfilment for designated accounts.
• Maintain CRM data to support budgeting and forecasting and regional sales planning.
• Close direct sales for selected customer accounts and contribute to regional targets.
