Job summary

Our client, a global marine equipment leader in Singapore, seeks a Sales Manager to drive project-sales opportunities across APAC. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award and handover to Project Management.

Collaborate with regional sales, engineering, service and operations to tailor solutions for shipowners, shipyards and EPCs. Travel across APAC will be required; strong relationship-building and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in Marine/Mechanical engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in technical or project sales within marine, offshore or shipbuilding sectors is preferred.
• Exposure to Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or related technical documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop project-sales opportunities across Singapore and APAC.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and needs assessment to quotation, negotiation and contract award.
• Coordinate handover of awarded contracts to Project Management and support ILS documentation.
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts and account plans to reflect activity and risks.
