Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an Area General Manager in Singapore to lead a portfolio of accounts, drive P&L performance, QHSE compliance and client satisfaction. You will recruit, coach and mentor Contract Managers, deploy local operating models and ensure service excellence.

You’ll work with regional leaders to grow the business, manage expectations, and foster a high-engagement culture aligned with CBRE’s values.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with minimum 10 years of facilities management/building services experience.
Proven track record in management and leadership roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced financial terms knowledge and profitability impact.
Ability to lead meetings, present to groups, and influence negotiations.
Ability to develop talent and succession plans.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports across contracts.
Ensure optimal resource levels and cost control while service excellence.
Collaborate with operations leaders to drive business development and team culture.
Share best practices across portfolio and with peers.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding and professional development of Contract Managers.
Foster learning and succession planning across contracts.
Ensure training is delivered and staff are competent.
Drive employee engagement through recognition and rewards.
