Job summary

is seeking a Site Engineer to report to the Project Manager and coordinate both structural and architectural works on site. You will oversee subcontractors, manage suppliers, and help ensure inspections by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works are carried out smoothly. The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field, at least 3 years in residential projects, and familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field.
• Min 3 years of working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and safety aspects.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager / Site Manager for arrangement of site work.
• Coordinate and oversee all structural / architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate works with subcontractors and handle suppliers and sub-contractors issues on site.
• Coordinate inspections by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
• Plan, program, and monitor work progress on site.
• Liaise with client representatives, authorities, and consultants for project execution.
• Ensure site safety and implement safe work procedures to control risk.
