Job summary

GRANDTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Architect to coordinate and oversee architectural works on residential projects. You will report to the Project Manager/Site Manager and liaise with clients, authorities, and consultants while ensuring safety compliance on site.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Building Architecture and a minimum of 3 years local experience in residential buildings. On-site work with coordination of subcontractors and inspections is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of local working experience in residential building projects.
