Job summary

Grandtech Construction in Singapore is seeking a Diploma/Degree holder in Building Architecture to join our on-site team as an Architectural Site Coordinator. You will report to the Project Manager/Site Manager, coordinate and oversee all architectural works on site, monitor subcontractors, and assist inspections by the Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.

Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and safety aspects, you should have at least 1 year of local residential project experience and a proactive

• Diploma/Degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of local working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Safety aspects in construction industry.
