Job summary

GRANDTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Architect to coordinate all architectural works on residential sites. You will report to the Project Manager and work with subcontractors, resident engineers, and clerks of works to ensure quality and progress on site.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Building Architecture with at least 1 year of local experience in residential projects and familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and safety standards within the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year local working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks, safety aspects in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors.
• Coordinate inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
• Plan, program and monitor progress of work on site.
• Liaise with client's representative, authorities and consultants for execution of work.
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
