Job summary

Welltech Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer to coordinate architectural works on site and supervise subcontractors while ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.

The candidate should hold a Civil Engineering or Building Architecture degree, have at least 2 years of local residential project experience, and possess BCSS certification. Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and safety practices is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 year of local working experience in residential building projects
• BCSS certificate is a must.
• Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry

• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
