Job summary

WELLTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Site Architect to support the Project Manager on residential building projects in Singapore. You will coordinate and oversee all architectural works on site, ensuring works progress safely and to the required quality.

The role requires collaborating with subcontractors, Resident Engineer, and consultants, and maintaining clear liaison with clients and authorities to ensure smooth execution of works.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• At least 1 year of local experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS, Quality Marks, and safety aspects in construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors.
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
• Handle technical and engineering problems on site.
• Plan, programme and monitor work progress on site.
• Liaise with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work.
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
