Job summary

Grandtech Construction Singapore is seeking a Site Architect to oversee architectural works on residential projects. You will report to the Project Manager/Site Manager and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring timely progress and compliance with plans.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Building Architecture and at least 3 years of local experience in residential buildings. Strong coordination with subcontractors, authorities, and clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of local working experience in residential building projects
