Job summary

Grandtech Construction seeks a Site Architect to lead residential project on-site in Singapore. You will report to the Project Manager/Site Manager and coordinate all architectural activities to align with design intent and schedule.

You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate inspections with Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works, plan progress, liaise with clients and authorities, and enforce strict site safety procedures throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years local working experience in residential building projects.
