Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Architecture Coordinator in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee the quality and progress of architectural projects, assist in planning, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. A diploma in architecture or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural firm are required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential. The role offers a competitive salary up to SGD 6,500 plus variable bonus.

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for an Architecture Coordinator:

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the progress and quality of architectural works.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning schedules and calling quotations for subcontractors and materials.
• Ensure drawings and information for quotations reflect actual site requirements; prepare sketches or clarifications when needed.
• Review architectural drawings against structural and M&E drawings to resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with consultants and update the Project/Contracts Managers on variations to specifications or drawings.
• Ensure trades follow correct sequence, dimensions, alignment, levels, and set-out.
• Assist in quantifying finishing materials and coordinate timely delivery and storage planning.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors progress through regular meetings.
• Plan duties for architectural supervisors and monitor quality and timelines.
• Attend consultant, technical, and subcontractor meetings.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture, Building Technology, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in an architectural firm or construction company.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,500 + VB (2-3 Months)
• Working Location: Toa Payoh
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8am - 5pm
