Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architect to assist with various architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and proficiency in tools like Revit and AutoCAD. This role involves supporting project coordination, conducting site inspections, and maintaining high standards in all aspects of work.

Roles & Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Assist and support the office in any type of architectural project.
  • Project management and coordination.
  • Progress monitoring and site inspections.
  • Preparation of tender documents and specifications.
  • To liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client team.
  • Resolve problems that arise during construction.
  • Meet project schedules.
  • To maintain high standards.
Expertise and Qualities
  • Degree and / or Diploma from a recognised university.
  • Min. 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment.
  • Ability to self-motivate with good time management skills.
  • Ability to supervise and manage a team
  • Familiarity with HDB projects is an advantage
Technical Expertise
  • Contract administration (SIA / PSSCOC forms of contract).
  • Good technical knowledge and strong detailing capability.
  • Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice.
