Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in landscape or arboricultural operations.
  • ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise operations staff, arborists, and contractors in day-to-day field activities.
  • Conduct tree inspections and assessments, recommending treatments and maintenance plans.
  • Plan and oversee pruning, trimming, and removal works following arboricultural best practices.
  • Manage landscape and tree projects ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Build strong client relationships supporting business growth through quality service delivery.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities within the sectors.
