Job summary

Profile Executive Search is assisting a well‑established FMCG organisation in Singapore to hire an Accounts Receivable Lead for its Finance Shared Services team. The role focuses on hands-on leadership of a high-volume AR function, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections and strong controls.

The incumbent will coach and develop the AR team, drive process improvements and partner with Tenant Management and Operations to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Accounts Receivable, finance operations or shared services.
• Experience in high-volume AR operations, sales reconciliation, billing and cash application.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in an operational finance environment.
• Good understanding of GST and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AR team to deliver accurate and timely service.
• Oversee high-volume AR operations and daily sales reconciliation.
• Manage tenant billing, refunds and GTO calculations.
• Monitor AR ageing, collections and cash application with timely follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Tenant Management and Operations to resolve billing disputes.
• Strengthen controls and comply with finance policies and GST requirements.
• Champion process improvements and drive automation within AR.
