Job summary

FairPrice Group seeks a Finance Shared Services Manager, AR to lead accounts receivable operations in Singapore. You will oversee daily sales reconciliation, tenant billing and GTO calculations, manage refunds, cash applications, and ageing, while partnering with Tenant Management and Operations to resolve disputes.

The role requires a degree in accounting or Diploma in accounting, 6–10 years in AR/finance operations, and hands-on SAP/ERP experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in AR operations and end-to-end billing processes.
• Strong understanding of GST and financial controls.
• Hands-on with SAP or other ERP systems; able to drive automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the AR team to achieve targets.
• Oversee daily sales reconciliation for Food Services outlets.
• Ensure tenant sales are reconciled against payment and settlement records.
• Manage tenant refunds and ensure timely processing.
• Organise tenant billing, including GTO calculations and charges.
• Ensure billing is accurate and issued on time.
• Manage cash applications for accurate allocation.
• Monitor AR ageing and collections on outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with Tenant Management and Operations to resolve disputes.
• Ensure AR processes comply with policies and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate AR processes.
