PROFILE SEARCH & SELECTION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an AR Accountant to join its finance team in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end accounts receivable, monitor overdue balances and support cash flow reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 3 years' experience in AR, credit control or general accounting, with strong Excel and GST knowledge. You will contribute to process improvements in a growing regional business.

Competenze

3+ years of experience in AR, credit control or general accounting.
Strong understanding of AR processes, collections and reconciliations.
GST preparation and compliance experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with analytical mindset.

Mansioni

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities including invoice verification, billing queries and payment allocations.
Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue balances and drive timely collections.
Conduct credit assessments and review customer credit limits; escalate high-risk accounts.
Prepare AR ageing reports and collections updates for management.
Monitor daily cash receipts and support cash flow reporting.
Perform journal entries, GL reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
Support GST compliance and tax-related accounting tasks.
Contribute to finance process improvements and system enhancements.
