FairPrice Group is seeking a Finance Shared Services Manager, Accounts Receivable, to lead the AR operations for the Food Services Tenant Management business in Singapore. The role ensures accurate daily sales reconciliation, tenant refunds, billing and GTO calculations, plus cash application and ageing management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Diploma in Accounting.
• 6–10 years of AR/Finance Ops/Shared Services experience.
• Strong AR operations, billing, cash collection, ageing management.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP and automation tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the AR team to meet targets.
• Oversee daily sales reconciliation for Food Services outlets.
• Ensure tenant sales reconciled against payments and settlements.
• Manage tenant refunds and timely processing.
• Organize tenant billing including GTO calculations.
• Ensure billing is accurate and issued on time.
• Manage cash applications and allocation to accounts.
• Monitor AR ageing, reconciliation and collections.
• Liaise with Tenant Management/Operations to resolve disputes.
• Ensure AR processes comply with policies and controls.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate AR processes.
