Job summary

CITIBANK N.A. is seeking an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst in Singapore. You will lead system analysis and programming activities, coordinating with technology and business teams to deploy product and process improvements.

The role requires strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Angular, and microservices, plus proven leadership and project management capabilities. Expect oversight of design, coding standards, and risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis
• Extensive experience in system analysis and Java/J2EE/Angular/Microservices programming
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• SME in Workflow/Case Management systems and Cards & Banking domain knowledge
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prototype solutions and present to business stakeholders
• Experience using AI development tools like Devin, Co-pilot, etc.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology and business teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements
• Resolve complex problems by evaluating business and system processes
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture
• Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards
• Understand how architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve goals
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and innovate solutions
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed
• Assess risk and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance in decisions
