Job summary

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of working experience in Application Support or IT Operations, with incident, problem, and service request management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for live applications, ensuring system stability and SLAs.
Manage incidents, service requests, and defects, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely resolution and communicate status to stakeholders.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements to enhance reliability and service quality.
