Job summary

SUCCESS PORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic project support professional to manage day-to-day operations of a digital application. Hybrid work arrangement in Singapore, focusing on incident management, testing, and documentation.

You will coordinate releases, support UAT, track enhancements, and liaise with stakeholders while maintaining comprehensive SOPs and user guides. Strong Excel skills and IT-related education are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in an IT-related field.
• 1–2 years in UAT, admin, or operations support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support incident triaging, reporting, including tracking and maintaining incident listing.
• Track status of enhancement backlog across programmes for regular reporting.
• Coordinate monthly app releases, including post-release checks and follow-up.
• Assist requirements documentation, testing of app features, and work with development teams for QA/UAT.
• Report gaps and track issues through to resolution.
• Liaise with stakeholders on communications, updates to user guides, FAQs, and SOPs.
• Support tracking and basic analysis of user data and feedback for reporting purposes.
• Raise and follow up IT service requests or incidents, monitor risk register.
• Maintain and improve documentation of user flows, feature mechanics, policies, processes, and SOPs.
