Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Java/J2EE/JEE, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, and APIs.
• Experience with Linux/ Solaris environments and basic scripting skills.
• Knowledge of AWS services and monitoring tools is required.
• Familiarity with middleware and messaging technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve application incident tickets end-to-end from investigation to closure.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimise business and customer impact and perform RCA.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for long-term fixes.
• Document solutions, workarounds, and known issues for knowledge sharing.
• Support operational activities including daily monitoring, deployments, and environments.
• Provide status updates and incident reports to leads and management.
