Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
5+ years hands-on experience in banking application support, infrastructure operations or production support.
Experience handling customer-impacting incidents in a 24x7 SLA-driven environment.
Strong analytics for log, SQL data and batch reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end 24x7 production support for banking applications and infrastructure.
Investigate and resolve customer-impacting issues including payment failures and transaction delays.
Support production incidents across banking domains and perform end-to-end transaction tracing.
Analyze logs, SQL data and batch records to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Automate operational tasks with Ansible, shell scripting or Python where applicable.
Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure stable, compliant production services.
