Job summary

SAKSOFT PTE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Production Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for customer-facing banking applications, transaction-processing services, and underlying infrastructure.

You will investigate payment failures, login issues, and transaction anomalies, perform end-to-end tracing across apps, databases, and interfaces, and support 24x7 operation, incident management, and DR exercises. Requires 5+ years in banking IT support and strong automation skills.

Qualifications

• Banking or financial-services experience is mandatory, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in banking application support or infrastructure operations.
• Experience supporting 24x7 mission-critical banking systems in an SLA-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience investigating payment, login, authentication, transactions, and card-processing issues.
• Strong capability in end-to-end transaction tracing, log analysis, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for customer-facing banking applications and infrastructure.
• Investigate payment failures, login issues, and transaction anomalies; coordinate remediation.
• Perform end-to-end transaction tracing across systems, databases, and interfaces.
• Support Start-of-Day/End-of-Day processing, deployments, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure service availability and incident resolution.
