Job summary

the supreme hr advisory pte. ltd. is seeking a store manager to supervise daily operations at Paragon. You will lead retail staff, manage inventory, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, scheduling, reporting sales performance, and handling VIP customers and escalated issues, while ensuring compliance with store procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years apparel retail experience, including at least 3 years in store management.
• Experience in children’s apparel or maternity retail is preferred.
• Able to work a 6-day week including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach the retail team and support recruitment when required.
• Build strong relationships with VIP customers and manage escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and report sales performance and customer feedback to Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
