Job summary

Cursor is seeking a Sales Development Leader for APJ, based in our Singapore office, to build and lead Cursor’s Sales Development organization across Asia Pacific. You will hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Account Associates team that generates pipeline and accelerates customer adoption across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience and frontline Sales Development leadership.
• Experience building outbound pipeline with automation and data-driven experimentation.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing, Growth, RevOps, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing APJ SDR team.
• Lead pipeline generation goals, activity metrics, and conversion targets.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to execute signal-based outbound programs.
• Define and refine regional sales development playbooks combining automation with personalized engagement.
• Coach Account Associates on prospecting, discovery, qualification, messaging, and engagement.
• Establish a strong operating cadence through pipeline reviews, coaching, and meetings.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Enterprise Sales leaders for high-quality pipeline handoffs.
• Foster curiosity, experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Develop future sales talent with clear career pathways into GTM roles across Cursor.
