Job summary

Elastic is seeking an exceptional Sales Ops Professional (Individual Contributor) to help drive sales strategy, planning, reporting, and analysis efforts for our APJ business covering India and Japan markets.

The Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager will be responsible for the analytical aspects of key business decisions, including go-to-market strategies, resource allocation, process improvement, metrics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in Sales, Sales Ops, Strategy, FP&A, or similar in SaaS.
• Experience with go-to-market strategy and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects.
• Analyze leading, in-process, and lagging indicators to drive growth.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and analytics.
• Build and maintain dashboards for reporting and analysis.
• Support forecasting, annual planning, and pipeline insights.
• Improve sales processes and tools to boost productivity.
