Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior leadership work in sales operations or related fields.
- 7+ years leading a divisional sales operations team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, CS, or related field.
- Experience hiring and leading a high-performance team.
- Experience developing and implementing CRM, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation.
Responsibilities
- Drive org-wide transformation from an operations lens.
- Bring technical depth to lead a technical field and earn trust across a matrixed org.
- Run operating cadences with cross-functional teams and metrics.
- Use automation and AI to redesign operations for higher productivity.
- Build systems and a single source of truth with scalable insights.
