Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a Revenue Intelligence Operations Manager, Sales to support the APJ Sales organization through high-impact operational execution, process innovation, and strong stakeholder partnerships.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Revenue Intelligence Operations and is part of Global Sales Revenue Intelligence. You will lead reporting standardization, performance analysis, annual planning, and strategic initiatives while collaborating with global and regional teams.

Qualifications

Previous sales operations, consulting and/or management experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree required (Economics / Marketing / Business Administration preferred).
Experience in business analysis or sales operations at a technology company is preferred.
Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Global and Regional APJ management on sales programs.
Drive standardization of reports across teams for global consistency.
Lead performance analysis to identify improvement areas and actionable feedback.
Support annual planning and alignment of channel execution.
Advise on global strategic initiatives (market analysis, promotions).
Prepare business analyses for Global QBRs and leadership meetings.
Advise sales leadership on pipeline and forecasting analysis.
Adapt to change and encourage adoption of better approaches.
