Job summary

Siemens AG is seeking a Regional Asset Manager for APJ, based in Singapore, to lead a diverse real estate portfolio across ASEAN, Japan, South Korea and Australia. You will drive strategic portfolio management, commercial performance, and stakeholder leadership while overseeing Singapore facilities management.

The role requires 10–15 years of real estate experience, a relevant engineering degree, and a strong background in negotiation, sustainability and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of operational real estate experience across office and industrial portfolios.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering, plus an advanced real estate qualification or equivalent.
• Strong corporate real estate expertise across markets, asset management and facility management.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional real estate portfolio across ASEAN, Japan, South Korea and Australia (~130,000 m²).
• Shape portfolio and location strategies with market analyses and space optimisation.
• Build relationships with internal customers and develop real estate solutions, including investment proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage external service providers while mitigating risks.
• Drive cost optimisation and support acquisitions/disposals, including due diligence and contract negotiations.
• Oversee facility management for Singapore office and factory, in collaboration with the IFM provider.
• Lead digitalisation and decarbonisation initiatives across the APJ region.
