Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a seasoned professional to support the Head of Corporate Real Estate Management in managing Schaeffler's Asia Pacific real estate portfolio, lead transaction activities, and deliver solutions that balance cost, risk, and operational needs.

You will coordinate space requirements, develop multi-year roadmaps, track milestones, and manage lease renewals, reports, and cross-functional collaboration with HQ, landlords, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate space requirements for AP initiatives and align with global processes.
• Assist in multi-year real estate roadmaps and scenario analyses.
• Track project status, milestones, and internal reporting.
• Establish templates and standardized reporting practices.
• Manage lease renewals, terminations, and relocation/expansion opportunities.
• Support adoption of new office concepts and real estate IT systems.
