Siemens, based in Singapore, is seeking a Regional Asset Manager to lead and optimise a 130,000 m² portfolio across ASEAN, Japan, South Korea and Australia. The role combines strategic asset management with commercial performance and stakeholder leadership, with responsibility for Singapore office and factory facility management.

Qualificações

• 10–15 years of practical real estate experience across office and industrial portfolios.
• Strong corporate real estate expertise including asset and facility management.
• Proven leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the regional real estate portfolio across ASEAN, Japan, South Korea and Australia, aligning with global strategy.
• Shape portfolio and location strategies; analyse markets, optimise space, manage vacancies, respond to business needs.
• Build strong relationships with internal customers; set objectives for property management and develop real estate solutions.
• Manage commercial terms and rental agreements; evaluate external service providers; mitigate operational risks.
• Drive cost optimisation and support acquisitions/disposals, including due diligence and contract negotiations.
• Oversee facility management activities for Singapore office and factory, collaborating with the IFM provider and driving decarbonisation initiatives.
